Low conversion losses
Only a minimal amount of energy is lost through the intermediate storage of the solar power, as the storage system is connected directly to the DC intermediate circuit of the PV inverter. This means that the direct current produced by the solar power plant is also stored as direct current in the battery and does not have to be converted into alternating current for storage and then back to direct current for use.
