aleo solar AG raises 2010 revenue forecast to at least EUR 480 million

aleo solar AG [ISIN: DE000A0JM634] announced that it expects to report consolidated revenue of at least EUR 480 million for 2010. The company further anticipates a solid EBIT margin. According to preliminary calculations, revenue in the first six months of 2010 already amounted to EUR 277 million.
The positive development of business is especially due to the extraordinary demand triggered by the planned reduction in feed-in tariffs in Germany from mid-2010. aleo solar AG also registered strong demand in its other European core markets.
The company expects to continue on its trajectory of growth in 2011. aleo solar AG will set itself concrete goals in the course of 2010, so as to be able to take general developments into account.
The Company
aleo solar AG produces and sells premium solar modules. It also provides whole solar systems to the global photovoltaic market. The company was founded in 2001 and has been listed in the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's Prime Standard since 2006 (DE000A0JM634). The aleo solar Group currently employs 856 staff. Its manufacturing facilities in Prenzlau (Germany) and two more production sites in Spain and China have an annual capacity of 250 megawatts. The company generated revenue of EUR 376.1 million in 2009.
